Strict adherence to the principle of legality and responsible, fair and sustainable business behaviour are of fundamental importance to our company and an integral part of our SERTO values.

We expect our management and all employees, business partners and suppliers to behave with integrity and in compliance with the law at all times.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct formulates the essential principles and expectations of the SERTO Group. It forms the basis for our daily actions, our dealings with each other and with our business partners.

We regard it as a matter of course that all employees, regardless of hierarchical level, comply with laws and rules, even if they are not explicitly listed in this Code of Conduct.

Anonymous information and complaints

We do not tolerate any violations of applicable law or internal regulations. To ensure that the principles are adhered to, we have created a Group-wide compliance organisation that monitors our measures to comply with the law and human rights.

Please contact us if you have any indications of criminal offences and unfair business practices or indications of human rights violations and environmental risks at the SERTO Group or our suppliers and business partners.

You can submit reports and complaints via our secure whistleblower system, anonymously if you wish.
