CNC machining technology

At our production sites we have a highly modern and highly productive machine park, which we continuously renew. We produce around the clock, with parts made either from bars, sawn bar sections or forged blanks.

You benefit from our many years of know-how in handling demanding materials (e.g. high-alloy stainless steels, lead-free/low-lead brass alloys, aluminium), complex geometries and high-quality surfaces. This includes, above all, suitable part handling along the entire manufacturing process, part marking (e.g. laser marking), application-specific part cleaning and adequate packaging.

Based on a selected network of suppliers, we can also draw on a wide range of surface coatings and heat treatment processes. In addition, we maintain close development cooperations with the world's leading tool manufacturers in order to keep abreast of technological developments.

Manufacture of brass and aluminium products

Our turning centre for brass and aluminium parts has a machine park with the latest CNC technology (2- and 6-spindle), guaranteeing maximum process reliability. For decades, we have been familiar with the processing of various brass alloys (e.g. Ecobrass) which are difficult to machine. We have exactly the right machine for many part geometries. This enables us to be THE supplier for your diverse parts. With us, you get "a lot" from one source ("everything" would probably be exaggerated). Every year we process approx. 800 tons of brass into >20 million sophisticated turned parts.

Production of stainless steel products

Decades of experience have given us the expertise we need to machine demanding stainless steel CNC turned parts. This enables us to guarantee consistently high quality from small to large series production. Our range covers a wide variety of high-alloy stainless steels, whereby the parts are turned either from bars, sawn bars or forged blanks. With an annual consumption of approx. 800 tons of stainless steel of various dimensions, we ensure short-term material availability with a large storage area and high stock levels. Every year, around 6 million high-quality turned parts and over 1 million equally high-quality angle, T and cross pieces as well as valve bodies made of forged blanks leave our production facilities.

CNC 5-axis machining

On our 5-axis CNC machining centre we process various metals as well as plastics into complex components. The focus is on flexibility and speed in the realization of prototypes, pilot and small series. The motto is: "Drawn today in CAD, produced tomorrow with the help of the CAD/CAM interface".
In customer-specific development projects, we want to receive results within one day in order to accelerate your projects with short reaction times.
In addition, we use the machine to manufacture our own versatile tube bending tools, which we use on our CNC bending machines. Thanks to our own machine capacity, we can also react quickly in the event of tool wear or breakage and thus minimize production interruptions in the CNC bending center.
